Last of the boxes

Well possibly as my supply of dry wood has dried up. Pictured here with a £1 coin to illustrate size. Ideal for tight fisted tooth fairies who only give 20p per tooth.

Hopefully a new selling opportunity.

Selling things online is one way of doing things but a decent permanent outlet would be so much more convenient and hopefully more lucrative. I have had a request from a shop that specialises in sustainably made furniture for some of my work Yahay!¬!!!. It is on a buy and sell not sale or return terms so hopefully my work will have a decent market.

Some more boxes

A bit more dry wood, a few more boxes

Finally sorted

I finally got this sorted. I have made a little sycamore egg and put it onto a fixed black pedestal so it loks as though it is floating inside.

I also finished of this which has been hanging around waiting for inspiration to strike. This is larger and so has a larger, golden egg floating in the same way

Boxes

I don't often do boxes as you need dry wood to make them. I found a few pieces today so did a couple to make a change

This is 3" tall and is sycamore with an ebonised lid

This one is mahogany with a sycamore inlay in the lid. It's 2" in both directions

This one is hawthorn with a mahogany lid and is 3" tall
